   One of only two artists  chosen to  perform at EAT’M (Emerging Artists and Talent In Music) in Las Vegas  for three years  at the Las Vegas Hilton, The Mirage, and The Rio, and won the coveted Spinrecords.com Jeep Cherokee in June of 2000. (see Spinrecords.com and EAT-m.com)

   Wrote & performed in own TV Pilot, “The Laurie Foxx Show, If You Don’t  Like It, Get Your Own  Show”.

   Performed  SOLO/ LIVE  for PBS  on WEEKNIGHT EDITION.   Her performance has been used  multiple times as an intro and altro to the show.

    Featured on CBS & ABC for performances on the news.

   Performed LIVE and interviewed by  KUT radio’s SYNDICATED SHOW, EKLECTICO by John Aieli,  to promote Austin Performances.

  Played  SXSW (South by Southwest) music conference in Austin ,Texas , 2000.

   Performed Solo for a TV Pilot “Eat Art” for Lifeline Films

   Chosen to  play SOLO for the Million Mom March

   Performed in a Music Video of her original song, “Heaven Sweet” to promote the film “Letters To Lauren” with 3 songs chosen for the soundtrack “Letters To Lauren”.  Wrote music for film short, “Marisa Romanov” featured  at VENICE FILM FESTIVAL, 2001.  Wrote Theme songs for INDIE FILM, “Junk in a Trunk”, pilot “Abby’s Road”, among others.
